Terms of Service

1. Who We Are
salise.design and the services described on it are provided by Salise Studio, reachable at legal@salise.design. These terms apply to the use of the website and to every project, unless a signed proposal or agreement says otherwise — in that case the proposal prevails.
2. Working Together
By hiring Salise Studio for a project, you agree to the scope, timeline, and pricing outlined in your proposal or agreement. Any changes to scope are handled as a separate request.
3. Estimates and Quotes
Figures from the project estimator, estimate codes and links, the website analyzer and the pricing shown on this site are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. The only binding price, scope and timeline are those in a written proposal accepted by both parties.
4. Payments
Projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to agreed milestones. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and invoices are issued in accordance with Italian tax law. Late payments may pause active work until resolved.
5. Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables. Any third-party tools, fonts, or licenses used remain subject to their own terms. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Salise Studio may show the finished work in its portfolio, without disclosing confidential information.
6. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds, agreed upfront. Requests outside that scope are billed separately.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide the content, access and feedback needed to deliver the project in time, and you confirm you have the rights to any material you supply (texts, images, logos, data). Delays in providing them may shift the timeline.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties keep confidential any non-public information shared during the project, and use it only to carry out the work.
9. Liability
Salise Studio isn't liable for indirect damages arising from the use of a delivered product. Every effort is made to test and QA before launch. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Using This Website
The site and its free tools are provided “as is”. Please use the website analyzer only on sites you own or are allowed to test, and don't attempt to disrupt or misuse the service. Site content and design belong to Salise Studio unless otherwise stated.
11. Consumers
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects the rights granted to you by the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and other mandatory consumer law.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court of the place where Salise Studio is established, except where you are a consumer, in which case the court of your place of residence is competent.
13. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Projects already agreed remain governed by the terms in force when the proposal was accepted.
